The terms "Reconditioned," and "2nd" are used interchangeably and have the same meaning on this web site.

Note that any 2nd product will be clearly defined as such by use of the word "2nd" in it's name. These are products that may have been used, or that may have small defects. They may have been a floor model set up in a store, used for a photo shoot, taken out for testing, returned by a customer, etc. Each and every product is inspected and repaired if necessary. The products are in good working condition, they may be slightly used, a little dirty, or almost new.

Although these products do NOT contain a factory warranty, we back them up with our customer satisfaction guarantee, You have 45 days from the date on your invoice to inspect and or return un-used reconditioned products. The discount you receive on these products makes them well worth a look.

We encourage you to try on packs, set up tents, inside, and try sleeping bags and clothes for size to make sure they will work for you. Once the 45 days are past, there are no refunds for any reason. We remind you there is no long term warranty, and no warranty from the Manufacturer for 2nd items.
