How to Order
Browse our menu by category, on the left, or use the search to be more specific, in the upper right corner. You will notice many great products, sales and deals. Click the Purchase button to buy the product you've decided on. You will see in your shopping basket and the item you want to purchase. At this point you may continue shopping by using the back button on your browser or the menu to the left. (You must accept our cookies on your computer to purchase more than one item, other wise only one item at a time will load into your shopping basket.) When you are ready to check out you can get back to you shopping basket at any time with the Check Out button in the menu on the left. When in your shopping basket if you want more than one of any item, adjust the number and recalculate the page (using the recalculate button.) If the item just wasn't what you wanted, click the remove box and the item will be automatically be removed. Ready to check out? Press the Checkout button and move on to the next page. (You are now on a secured server) Enter your information into the form as it requests. When you choose your state in the state field you will need to let the page refresh, please wait for this to happen before continuing. Sales tax is addded to shipments going to Utah ( 6.25% ) or California ( 9.25% ). Notice the required fields and please fill them in. Your e-mail address is for sale purposes only and will not go on any mailing list unless you request it by checking the check box. Look over your form to make sure it is correct, then submit it. A printable receipt will then come up for your records. (please print)  Any personal information we obtain will be kept private.
Order Confirmation
Once your order has been accepted you will receive an e-mail confirmation (as long as you have given us your e-mail address) and your order will be processed within the next 48 hours. Weekend orders will be confirmed on the following Monday. If the item will be delayed in shipping, you will be notified. If the item is no longer available we will notify you of any substitutes for an alternate decisions ( We will not ship substitutes without your approval). We will not charge your credit card until within 48 hours of shipping the product. (For special orders or orders shipped direct from factories, the card is charged when the order is placed with the factory). For more questions about orders please Contact Us.
Phone or Mail Orders
You may call in your order toll free 1-800-726-8106 (United States only). You may also mail in your order using a cashiers check, money order or personal check (US funds only) Checks take a little longer to process so give your self extra time if ordering by check.. We accept checks for regular price items only. Sale items, Special priced items, and Outrageous Deal items can only be ordered by credit card over the internet or by phone.
Sales Tax
Outdoor Outlet charges sales tax on orders shipped to Utah or California. Orders shipped to other states will not be charged tax. The tax rate may change from time to time but is 6.25% for Utah and 9.25% for California.
Payment Method
Outdoor Outlet accepts MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express and certified checks, money orders, or personal checks. (Outrageous deals , sale items by credit card only.) We cannot reserve products, so if you pay by check you run the risk of us being out of stock. We do not ship rush or expedited shipments on orders paid by check.

Many prices found on this site are for internet or phone orders only and may not be available in our retail store.

Technical Problems
If you have a problem with the shopping basket or checkout, you may try exiting out, re-booting your computer and doing it again. We have found most problems are cured by this procedure. 3rd day may be delivered 3 to 4 business days after shipped.
2nd day may be delivered 2 to 3 business days after shipped.
Some over sized and heavier products will have additional shipping fees, these are stated during the check out process
These shipping prices are UPS delivery, in the Continental United States only.
Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico will be charged the 2nd day charges automatically. If additional fees must be applied, you will be notified.
Please list your street address as UPS does not deliver to PO Boxes. 
We can not ship to International Addresses outside the USA.
Large or oversized shipments can be charged our actual freight costs - We will notify you via E-mail or by phone for your approval if we need to charge additional shipping beyond the quoted price, we researve the right to do so. Call 1-800-726-8106 for price quote, for faster delivery, if you are uncertain whether your order will need to include extra charges.

Returns and Repair Policy
Outdoor Outlet has always tried to take care of our customers. New items can be returned for a full refund any time up to 45 days from purchase.

Used items will be replaced or repaired at the discretion of Outdoor Outlet. After 45 days please contact the manufacturer about repairs and warranty issues.

Price and Availability of 2nds
Factory 2nds are limited, manufacturers do not make mistakes on purpose and we sometimes sell more to a large group in a single day than we expected to sell in a month. You may order a product and we are sold out. Sorry but this happens sometimes. Because of this we do not guarantee availability of products or prices. Please forgive us if this happens, we can't forecast these types of sales. Please understand, we would sell more if we could send you the product, but sometimes we run out. We will try to contact you and give you a substitution choice as soon as possible - IF ONE IS AVAILABLE. Credit Cards will not be charged until within 48 hours of shipping. Prices are subject to change at any time without notice or obligation. If we run out of something that is on sale, the price may go up the next time we buy it. We will make adjustments as needed. We reserve the right to limit the quantity of any item or items that any person or group may purchase.

For Sale items, Special priced items, Outrageous Deals the prices are good for dates listed or until we run out. No rain checks. 
Sometimes we run out of stuff because we sell it much faster than we ever dreamed. We are sorry if that happens but we can't guarantee availability of these sale priced items. We reserve the right to correct pricing or description mistakes. We reserve the right to limit quantities sold. No dealer sales. If we run out we may offer an alternative, if we feel we can offer a reasonable substitute. Availability of substitutes will be at our sole discretion.
